What are we looking for:

We are looking for positive, communicative, and organized environmental workers (C-license drivers) based in Östersund. It is considered a merit if you have previously worked with waste collection. We want you to be service-oriented, systematic, and meticulous. You are good at thinking logistics and planning and can keep several balls in the air at the same time. If you want to develop in a responsible company that works daily for a sustainable society, then we may have the job for you! We offer you a seasonal employment from May 2026 to August 2026. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

As an environmental worker at Lundstams in Östersund, you take great personal responsibility and work both independently and together with your colleagues to meet our customers' various needs regarding recycling services. Your tasks include performing collection assignments with a compactor truck for our customers in the field. Or picking up containers and skips with a hook loader / lift dumper. We are looking for someone who is positive and has a high social competence. You are unpretentious and find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues at Lundstams and also represent Lundstams towards our customers in various contexts.

Job Duties:

- Perform collection assignments.

- Carry out various service tasks.

Qualifications:

- C driver's license and YKB, ADR

- Good at building long-term relationships with customers.

- Unpretentious with high social competence.

- Customer-focused with a high level of service.

- Good at collaborating with others.

- IT skills.

- Good analytical ability.

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
